monostr - Nostr client with Monero tips

How a tip works
- Tap the Monero sign under a note or on a profile and pick an amount. Your own wallet app (Unstoppable, monfluo, Cake …) opens with the payment.
- The recipient has registered their address and private view key with a watcher. The view key lets it see incoming payments; it can never spend them.
- The watcher publishes a signed receipt on Nostr, and the tip shows under the note.
The default watcher is watcher.monostr.com. You can also run your own: a personal watcher on a Raspberry Pi or small server keeps your view key at home, or host a watcher with your own Monero node. Tips can be anonymous.
Everything else you expect
- Feed, threads, profiles with posts and replies; like, repost, quote, reply
- Private messages (NIP-17), private bookmarks and mutes, picture uploads, search, notifications
- Sign in with Amber or a key; light and dark; English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Russian, Turkish
